Version 2021.6.0.0 (released 2021-12-21)

Important changes:

Searches in all search bars and advanced filters across the app are no longer automatically triggered for each character input. The user must press the enter key on their keyboard or click on the "Search" button to start the search. This change was made in order to reduce the number of requests to the server and therefore improve their stability and speed.

New features:

It is now possible to add natures to health and safety records. To have options added to this drop-down menu, an account holder in your organization can contact our support team. This type of addition is free of charge.
It is now possible to add pictures directly to the body of bulk emails. To do this, select the image icon in the toolbar of the message creation field for batch emails in the member module.
It is now possible to generate PDF summaries in health and safety records. These were heretofore only available in member and labour relations records.
Added new template for the automatic labour relations record numbers generator

Improvements and bug fixes:

Fixed a bug that prevented dynamic imports from being processed if they were follwing one that encountered an error.
Fixed a bug that prevented some fields from merging in letter templates of labour relations records.
Fixed 1 other minor bug.

Fixed a bug following version 2021.5.0.0 which changed the order of search results and gave less relevant results.

Known issues:

There is some inconsistency in the use of diacritics on characters in searches (umlauts, accents, cedillas, etc.). This problem will be fixed in a reworking of how search works in the longer term. It is possible to find the desired search results by trying both versions for now (with or without diacritics).
