Version 2020.10.4 (released 2020-12-21)

Improvements and bug fixes:

• Fixed a bug that sent task notification emails in the union's language instead of the user's language.
• Fixed a bug that prevented the notification email from being sent when sending batch emails.
• Changed the notification email for sending batch emails. The list of recipients has been removed and replaced with more relevant information such as the subject of the email, the number of recipients and the email ID in the batch email module.
• Updated backend components for improving stability.

Version 2020.10.2 (released 2020-11-23)

Improvements and bug fixes:

• Fixed a bug that prevented the export of members' professional records. Note that large exports (more than 5000 members) may fail due to a request timeout. A solution to this effect is under development. Customers who need to make such exports can do so by contacting customer service.
• Fixed a bug that prevented the creation of professional records entries in some English language tenants.
• Fixed a bug that resulted in unsymmetrical relationships in the new record linking feature.
• Fixed 3 minor bugs.

New features:

• For customers with the document merging module, document merging is now available for work accident records. Contact customer service for more details on prices and terms.

Improvements and bug fixes:

• Fixed a bug that prevented certain tags from displaying in documents when their amount exceeded 128.
• Fixed a bug that prevented records from being found by number in the committee meetings linking window.
• Specified the error message that prevents updating the status of a member whose first or last name is missing.
• Fixed a bug that displayed the work email in the "Other email" column of CSV member data exports.
• Fixed a bug that prevented the symmetrical linking of labour relations, work accidents and ethics records.
• Fixed 3 minor bugs.

Version 2020.8.0 (released 2020-09-20)

New features:

• A new field has been added in the "General information" section of labour relations, health and safety and ethics records, which allows records to be linked to one another, regardless of the type. The relationship is symmetrical (by linking folder A to folder B, folder B is also linked to A).
• In the members' professional records, if the member has more than 3 job assignments in their history, a new "Display all" button allows you to both display and expand all the assignments with a single click.
• It is now possible to distinguish inactive users from active users in all dropdown menus and filters that contain users.
• Added specific features to personalized modules of certain tenants.

Improvements and bug fixes:

• Fixed a bug that made the permission to access confidential files disappear for some tenants. 
• Tenants with dynamics imports will now see the member's salutation match their gender.

Improvements and bug fixes:

• Fixed a bug which caused the greeting and footer of all bulk emails to be in English, regardless of the language in which the tenant was set.

• It is now possible for users with the toggle "Union leaves management mode" enabled in their user profile to edit steps of a union leave that have already been submitted.
• It is now possible to generate a PDF summary of a committee meeting, just like the ones already available for member and labour relationship records.

Improvements and bug fixes:

• Fixed a bug that caused the sending of massive bulk email (over 4000) to fail without reaching the server under certain circumstances.

Improvements and bug fixes:

• Fixed a bug that caused the value of the field "Social insurance number" in the "Contact" tab of a member record to be reset if the member number was changed.

Improvements and bug fixes:

• Fixed a bug that prevented users without administrator permissions from uploading files to the employers module.
• Fixed a bug where the drop-down menus of some event cards would erase the card's description when used.
• Fixed a bug where search results, after applying an employer filter, contained members whose job assignment with this employer was closed.
• Fixed a bug that caused an error message if "date" type custom fields in profesional records were left empty when saving.
• Fixed 5 other bugs that were either minor or related to specific customer installations.

• Addition of a new type of drop-down menu in events cards, which automatically copies its content in the description of the event in which it is put.
• Modification of the user interface for calculating the cost of union leaves and addition of a field which allows the premium to be applied on a part of the union leave only.

Improvements and bug fixes:

• Fixed a bug in which the "arbitrator" field of the labor relations files was pre-filled at the opening if the associated collective agreement had an arbitrator rotation.
• Fixed a bug where links to reminders in email notifications did not work.
• Changes to custom reports of certain customers.

New features:

• Added an "advanced filter" in the Employers module which allows the user to search an employer with their phone number
• Added specific features to personalized modules of certain customers.

Improvements and bug fixes:

• Significant improvement of the performance of the employer module.
• Fixed a bug introduced in version 2020.3.0 which erroneously gave the status "Pending" or "Failed" to emails which were actually sent. The fix prevents the erroneous status on future emails. Another fix will be made in the next version to correct the status of emails sent between June 8 and 22.

• Fixed a bug that would prevent a labour relation record to appear in search results if it had no arbitrator assigned to it.

• Added a functionality in the committee meetings module, which allows for the export in a report of all notes taken during previous committee meetings for a particular record.
• Added the new "Pending" and "Failed" statuses for bulk emails in order to be able to detect if an error has occurred while sending emails to servers.

• Fixed a bug that prevented the generation of certain letter templates if an arbitrator was not specified.

Version 2020.2.0 (released 2020-05-25)

New features:

• Added a widget in the lower right corner, which allows users to receive notifications, such as app updates or scheduled maintenance periods.
• Added a functionality in the members module allowing the export of employment histories in a CSV file for the filtered or selected members.
• Added data to employment histories, only visible in the CSV export mentioned above:
  • Date added
  • Date modified
  • Last user who made changes
  • Whether the last modification results from an import
• Added a "Member number" field in the advanced filters of the members module, allowing to target a member by searching by their member number only.
• Addition of a "Closure date" filter in the labor relations module.
• Addition of a visual indicator in the "Records" section of the member's record, which indicates the status of each of the record in which this member is a targeted member.
