The options of the "Advanced filters" button in the "Members" section have been improved.
Note: Advanced filters apply to other standard filters that are already active.
Advanced filters
The new modal contains three panels, allowing you to search for information related to all your members.
In addition, it tells you how many members the advanced filters will apply to.
Member Info
Allows you to search from specific information about a member (first name, last name, membership number and alternate ID).
A redesign of the signage portion has been carried out.
New filter options now available:
Union event
Allows you to search for an union event in the member's file between 2 dates.
Note: Selecting a union event is required, for selecting a date range.
Employment history
Allows you to search through employment history settings.
Note: The selection of a function is required, for the selection of a date range.
If your client area has dynamic employment history fields (other employment history information), they will be available in the second portion of the panel.
Apply advanced filters
Click the "Search" button to apply the filters entered.
Take note: filters are cumulative (x AND y) and you can fill in multiple fields of multiple panels before applying your search.
When advanced filters are applied under a panel, the color of the button changes to a darker blue.
Reset filters
The "reset filters" link allows you, in the same way as for standard filters, to remove all active filters (including advanced filters).
