The option of the "Advanced filters" in the modules " Labour Relations, Health and Safety, Ethics and Discipline " have been added.
Note: Advanced filters apply to other standard filters that are already active.
Advanced filters
This new feature allows offers the possibility to make searches more focused and in-depth research on information relative to your different types of records.
In addition, it will show you how many files the advanced filters will apply to.
File Infos
Allows you to search by the file title, the file number, the union representatives and the employer representatives.
Event
Allows you to search by the event name and a specific date range.
Note: Selecting an event is required, for selecting a date range.
Reminders
Allows you to search by the reminder name reminder and a specific date range.
Note: The selection of a reminder is required, for the selection of a date range.
Apply advanced filters
Click the "Search" button to apply the filters entered.
Take note: filters are cumulative and you can fill in multiple fields of multiple panels before applying your search.
When advanced filters are applied under a panel, the colour of the button changes to a darker blue.
Reset filters
The "reset filters" link allows you, in the same way as for standard filters, to remove all active filters (including advanced filters).
