The adding an event in batch feature allows you to add an event to multiple members in a single operation. You can find this option in the bulk actions menu of the 'Members' module.
To access it, the administrators of your Sentinelle space must grant you the necessary permission.
Once permission is granted, please follow these steps :
- Select the “Batch Event Addition” option in the bulk actions menu.
- Choose the event to be added the date of the event and enter a description if necessary.
Next, select the members to whom the event should be added. You have three options for this:
- Use the filters available in the member list.
- Manually select the members.
- Import an Excel (*.csv) containing the list of members.
Note : If you choose to use an Excel (*.csv) file, downloading the template is recommended to ensure the correct format.
- Check the box 'I understand and wish to proceed,' and click the 'Confirm' button. If the option is not available, it means you have missed a required selection.
- You will be redirected automatically to the download centre where an output file will confirm the processing of the event addition to your members.
