This document presents the terms and conditions for our text messaging service integrated with Sentinel. To make this service available in your client space, you must send a request by email to support@saisentinelle.ca and copy your organization’s treasurer.
Below is the list of inclusions of our messaging service:
- Purchase and installation of a dedicated telephone number for your union to send messages;
- Use of Sentinel's mass messaging features;
- Configuration of settings for mass messaging compliant with cellular service providers;
- Client service support;;

Other conditions
Taxes are in addition to the prices shown above. When your union subscribes to the messaging service, the applicable rate will be added to your next Sentinel leasing invoice.
Sending a mass text message may incur certain delays when sending a message to several hundred at once. A lag (a few minutes to 30 minutes) between sending and receiving by all recipients may occur.
The message format must include the member's first and last name. Accordingly, your messages will automatically begin with: “Hello Jean-Guy Tremblay, (…)”.
When subscribing to the messaging service, you are deemed to accept the terms set out in this document.
